EHS Officer

Essential Job Functions:

1. As the key person to communicate with shipyard and TSC for the safety& health issues and follow up the corrective actions；
2. To ensure appropriate procedures and permits are in place. To ensure all systems are operated and maintained in accordance with local laws and the company policies；
3. To carry out EHS incident investigation, corrective action ;
4. To ensure emergency preparation in place;
5. Support shipyard on 5s implementation on the ship.
6. Daily review EHS status in our Rig(s),find the potential danger, reduce the EHS risk;
7. To make sure that job safety Analysis ,risk assessment have been done for all tasks on our ship before starting;

Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required:

1. Bachelor degree in environmental, Safety Engineering, Electrical or other related major；
2. At least 4 years working experience as EHS professional, experience with manufactory plant are required, experience with manufactory plant are required, experience with shipyard is preferable ；
3. Skilled at operating standard software MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Good knowledge in and experience with OHSAS 18001;
4. Good command of English written and spoken;
5. Strong personal commitment to EHS work;
6. High integrity and be able to perform well under pressure;
7. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
