Technical Support Engineer

主要职责Essential Job Functions

1. 协助地区销售经理开展海外业务拓展工作。
2. 参与项目招投标相关工作，负责技术标书的编写与答疑；
3. 根据客户需求，制定技术解决方案，协助销售人员促成销售合同的达成；
4. 策划组织技术交流，了解客户需求，收集市场信息并及时反馈，推动公司产品的不断升级与优化组织协调商务谈判、商务交流等有关事项。
5. 完成主管交代的其它工作。
1. Assisting regional sales manager to expand overseas business.
2. Participating in project bidding, and being responsible for writing the technical tender.
3. Making the technical solutions according to customer’s demand.
4. Planning and organizing technical exchanges, gathering market information and feeding back timely.
5. Pushing the continuous upgrading of the company's products.
6. Organizing and coordinating business negotiations and business exchanges.
7. Completing other work that supervisor arranged.


任职要求Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required

1. 大学本科以上学历，电力电子、电气技术、自动化相关专业。
2. 英语听说读写能力熟练， 熟悉进出口业务外贸知识。
3. 2年以上石油钻机电控行业背景，熟悉国家招投标法规，具有一定专业技术工作经验
4. 熟悉陆地或海洋钻机电控产品，熟练掌握其相关原理与技术规范；具有石油、海洋工程行业机械、电气等相关行业工作经验者优先。
5. 工作责任心强，条理性强，有较强的语言、文字表达能力。
6. 有良好的团队合作精神， 沟通协调能力强。
7. 熟练应用电子邮件和Office、CAD等软件。
8. 工作地点：美国休斯顿。

1. Bachelor degree or above, power electronics, electronic technology or automation major.
2. Good reading and writing skills in English, having a good knowledge of foreign trade business.
3.2+ years of relevant work experience in oil industry or electric industry. Being Familiar with the local laws and regulations.
4. Familiar with drilling rig products for land and offshore, familiar with the working principle and the technical speculations. Those with rich knowledge of electrical control and drive system for land drilling rig and offshore platform will be preferable.
5. A strong sense of responsibility, highly organization, good expressing ability of speaking and writing.
6. Good team spirit, strong communication skill.
7. Familiar with e-mail and office software.
