Essential Job Functions
1. Be Responsible for the sales of TSC group products in overseas, including: ocean drilling modules, drilling automation equipment, drilling equipment, etc.
2. To maintain existing and to develop new customer relationships and designated key accounts.
3. Establish sale objectives and develop sales forecasts.
4. Implement the marketing and sales plan in overseas market.
5. To work in collaboration with the sales team in the planning of customer visits and general activities.
6. Prepare quotations as needed to meet customer requirements.
7. To lead project including technical communication and clarification, bidding and final negotiation;
8. Provide analysis of market intelligence including competition, market trend, pricing and product analysis。
Education, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required
1. College degree or above education background, majoring in machinery manufacturing, marketing or other related subjects.
2. Previous sales experience with Drilling Systems equipment and / or clear understanding of its application are required.
3. Possess strong commercial negotiating skills, strong organizing, communication, coordination and execution abilities and work discipline; have a strong sense of customer service and be able to shoulder high work pressure and adaptable to long-term overseas working.
4. Have fluent Chinese and English; be familiar with international trade and relevant policies; above 3 years of sales experience of project machinery in overseas market.
