In May 2013, TSC signed a contract with CIMC Raffles to provide a complete drilling package to its new build H213 jack-up rig. The H213 rig is a Friede & Goldman Super M2 design jack-up rig capable of operating in water depths of up to 300 feet. The H213 rig represents TSC's 7th equipment package signed with CIMC Raffles.
